The $40/month minimum applies to accounts with fewer than 20 pools. This ensures we can provide the same level of service and support to growing operators. Once you hit 20 pools, you're simply investing $2/pool with no minimum.
What counts as an "active pool"?
An active pool is any customer property you're currently servicing. Cancelled customers, paused accounts, and inactive properties don't count toward your pool total.
Is the first week really free?
Yes! Your first 30 days are completely free with full access to all features. After your free trial, you'll only pay for the pools you're actively servicing.
Is the AI Receptionist really included?
Yes. Every plan includes our AI receptionist with 24/7 call handling, lead capture, and instant notifications. Each pool on your plan includes one minute of AI call time per month. For example, 50 pools = 50 included minutes. Additional minutes beyond your pool count are $0.20 each. Most customers never exceed their included minutes.
