• Location Data: When GPS tracking is enabled for your account, PoolDial collects precise GPS location data from your mobile device. Location data is collected in the foreground and background while you are actively running a service route (beginning when you start a stop or tap "On my way" and ending when your last stop is finished). This data is used to share your real-time position with your business owner or account administrator for fleet visibility and route management. You can opt out of location tracking at any time in the app's GPS Tracking settings. Location data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
• Usage Data: Call volume, duration, timing, and service usage patterns
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system
• Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and improve our service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our AI phone answering service
• Process calls and deliver messages to you via email, SMS, or dashboard
• Improve and personalize your experience with PoolDial
