Customer Support Specialist
RemoteYou will be the first person dedicated to helping Pool Dial customers succeed.
What you would do
- Handle customer conversations in Intercom and email
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate bugs to the founder or engineering
- Help new customers get set up and comfortable with Pool Dial
- Turn repeated questions into simple help docs and macros
- Gather feedback and spot patterns in what customers are asking for
What you should bring
- Strong written English and clear, calm communication
- Experience with SaaS customer support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Help Scout, or similar
- Comfort working directly with small business owners and technicians
- A bias toward writing things down and improving processes, not just closing tickets
