Founding Software Engineer

Remote

You will be one of the first engineers working directly with the founder on the core product.

What you would do

• Ship features across the stack for the Pool Dial web app
• Work with tools like NestJS, React, Postgres, and telephony or AI tooling
• Own small projects from idea to deployed code, including testing and monitoring
• Help shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback and founder priorities
• Set early engineering standards and improve performance, reliability, and security

What you should bring

• Solid experience with modern TypeScript, Node or NestJS, and React
• Comfort working in an early stage environment with little hand holding
• Good product judgment and ability to talk directly with customers when needed
• Interest in vertical SaaS, small businesses, and the pool service space specifically is a plus
