How does PoolDial's $2-per-pool pricing work?
You're charged $2 for each unique pool with a completed or partially completed service visit during the billing period. The monthly minimum is $40, equal to 20 pools. For example, servicing 12 pools costs $40; servicing 50 costs $100.
Do inactive customers count toward my bill?
No. A customer sitting in your account does not create a per-pool charge. PoolDial counts pools you actually visit during the billing period, subject to the $40 monthly minimum.
What happens during my offseason?
The $40 monthly minimum still applies while your subscription is active, even during months when you service fewer than 20 pools. PoolDial does not currently offer a seasonal pause rate.
What's included in the subscription?
Every account includes unlimited users and PoolDial's core platform: customer management, routes, service logs, billing, work orders, agreements, the mobile app, website builder, customer portal, and AI tools. AI usage above your included credits is billed separately.
Are the first 30 days really free?
Yes. Your first 30 days are completely free with full access to all features. After your free trial, you'll pay only for the pools you actively service, subject to the $40 monthly minimum.
How do AI credits work?
Your subscription includes 100 AI credits per billed pool, with at least 2,000 credits included each month. Credits are shared across Cody and the AI receptionist. Additional usage costs $0.01 per credit, and you can monitor usage from your account.
Are there payment-processing fees?
Card payments processed through PoolDial cost 3.2% plus $0.30 per transaction. That fee does not apply when customers pay you by check, Zelle, or another method outside card processing.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. PoolDial is month-to-month, with no cancellation fee. If pricing changes, we'll communicate it in advance, and you can export your business data rather than being locked into PoolDial.
Can you help me switch from my current software?
Yes. We'll review your export and help import supported customer and route data. Payment methods and card-on-file data may require separate migration steps depending on your existing provider.
